Daniel Pratt

Daniel is an AFL premiership coach, former elite player, and leadership mentor with 25 years in high-performance sport. He played for North Melbourne and Brisbane Lions before coaching premierships at West Coast Eagles and Hawthorn.
Now assistant coach at the Western Bulldogs and 2025 AFLCA Assistant Coach of the Year, Daniel focuses on clarity, care, and culture in teams. He also runs a corporate leadership business and is currently studying Psychology. PocketMentor is the product of his life’s work, a guide to help people lead themselves, grow confidently, and thrive across sport, business, and life.

Matt Spangher
Matt is a 2014 AFL premiership player with Hawthorn and now an assistant coach at the Western Bulldogs, where he leads offensive strategy and player development. He played for 11 years across West Coast, Sydney, and Hawthorn, and was awarded Hawthorn’s Best Clubman in 2014.
Beyond football, Matt has held senior commercial roles in Australia and the UK, leading brand partnership and strategy for rights holders and brands. He holds an MBA and a Master of Management (Sport) from La Trobe University and was awarded the 2025 AFL Coaches Association Phil Walsh Memorial Scholarship for coaching excellence.

Anthony Hipsley

Dr Anthony Hipsley is a Sport and Exercise Physician with a particular interest in helping patients achieve improved health outcomes. He takes a holistic approach to patient care through optimisation of lifestyle factors, including exercise, nutrition and mental health. Most notably, Anthony has applied his expertise extensively in high-performance sporting environments. He currently works as the Chief Medical Officer for the Western Bulldogs FC in the AFL, having previous held positions with the Brisbane Lions FC, Western United Football Club and Basketball Australia.
